Re: Patient A (fictional), born 1980

Dear Dr Nowak,

Thank you for seeing Patient A, a 46-year-old office worker with right knee pain since a fall in January 2026.

After three weeks of rehabilitation, knee flexion has improved from 110° to 125° and quadriceps strength to 4+/5. Pain persists after about 20 minutes of walking, with mild evening swelling.

I would value your opinion on whether imaging is needed. I have attached notes from the last two sessions.

Kind regards,

Anna Kowalska

  • The letter takes the recipient from your contacts and the clinical facts from the note.
  • The patient summary uses plain words and can be translated.
  • The report combines up to 10 sessions and keeps the numbers from each.
  • Every document ends with a line saying it was drafted with AI and reviewed by you.

FAQ

Questions clinicians ask first_

Short answers. The full list covers billing, integrations and clinics.

All questions
How does Scriber work?

You start a session, confirm the patient agreed to be recorded, and talk as you normally would. Scriber transcribes the conversation and writes a draft note in your template. You review it, change what you need, and mark it complete. Letters, patient summaries and reports can be drafted from the same session.

How accurate are the notes?

Scriber is designed to leave gaps rather than guess. Sections that were not discussed say so, missing facts appear as highlighted placeholders, and it does not add a diagnosis you did not state. Drug names are checked against a medication list. We will publish our evaluation method and results before quoting any accuracy figure.

Do I still need to review the note? Who is responsible for it?

Yes. Every note is a draft until you mark it complete, and you remain responsible for its content, as with any note you sign. Scriber adds a sign-off line that says the note was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by you.

Where is my data stored?

In the region you choose when you sign up: EU, UK, Australia, Canada and the US. Recordings, transcripts and notes are stored and processed in that region. The region is shown on your account page.

Is there a free plan? Do I need a card?

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 sessions a month for as long as you like. New accounts get 14 days of Pro first. No card is needed for either.
